George Searson was admitted as a Solicitor in he Supreme Court of New South Wales in August 1977 and then opening a sole practitioner office at Laurieton in 1979.In 1992 George’s office became dully computerized and this has been instrumental in reducing the labour component in all types of legal matters and, of course, improving the service delivered to his clientele.
George Searson practices as a Solicitor in Conveyancing, Estates, Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Mortgages.
George is a member of The Law Society of New South Wales and regularly attends the College of Law in Sydney to update his legal knowledge and the conduct of the firm.
David Shannon, a fully qualified Solicitor had started to practise in 1981 soon became a Partner at Priests, McCarron Sork, Solicitors, Port Macquarie. In December 1995, David founded a new partnership with George Searson and opened their Port Macquarie office.
David Shannon is a practicing solicitor in the areas of Commercial Services, Property Conveyancing, Wills, Estates, Powers of Attorney, Family Law and General Litigation.
David is a member of The Law Society of New South Wales and also attends the College of Law in Sydney to update his legal knowledge and the conduct of the firm.
Together they share equal responsibilities that are required as being part of an Incorporated Legal Practice.
